Casper, Wyoming - Skiing + Snowboarding

Just to the south of Casper, the Casper Mountain area is home to Hogadon Ski Area, small resort featuring two chairlifts and a Poma accessing 600 vertical feet of elevation and 11 trails, and catering to both skiers and snowboarders. The Casper Mountain area is also very popular with Nordic skiers and snowmobilers with miles of groomed trails. The Nordic ski trails are even lit for nighttime enjoyment. Visitors should check with Hogadon Ski Resort, with one of the local outdoor outfitter shops in Casper or with the Natrona County Park system for more information on specific trail details and difficulty, prices and rentals.
