From Prineville to Mitchell on US 26, 13 miles east of Mitchell take Forest Rd. 12 south for 15 miles to Forest Rd. 4274, go west on Forest Rd. 4274, ¼ mile to Forest Rd. 4274-080.

From Prineville to Paulina, then east 3.5 miles on County Road 112, then 8 miles north on Beaver Creek Rd. (County Road 113) to Forest Rd. 42, 8 mi on Forest Rd. 42 to Forest Rd. 12, 5 mi. north on Forest Rd. 12 to Forest Rd. 4274, west on Forest Rd. 4274 ¼ to 4274-080.
