Description

Big Eddy is located adjacent to the Cabinet Gorge Reservoir. Set only 8 miles from the Montana/Idaho border, this small campground is popular and convenient with visitors traveling through the area.

Boat ramp, fishing access on Cabinet Gorge Reservoir, hiking nearby in the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness, adjacent to State Highway 200.

The local vicinity offers exceptional hunting and wildlife viewing opportunities for black bear, elk, and whitetail deer.

Emergency medical services are available in Trout Creek, 25 miles southeast; Troy, 40 miles north; Libby, 55 miles northeast; and Sandpoint, Idaho, 20 miles northwest. Full services are located in the neighboring areas of Bull River and Noxon, Montana; and Clark Fork, Idaho.
