Big Horn Resort, Wyoming Travel Guide

Complete Vacation, Recreation and Tourism Information

The new Big Horn Ski Resort sits on the base of High Park Peak , just off of the infamous Powder River Pass , known for its deep powder. In wilds of Wyoming we certainly don't lack for snow. Even so, with our big snow-guns you're guaranteed quality and consistent snow every day of the season.

It's these snow-guns that help make us the #1 Terrain Park in the state. In the coming season, we'll be home to the longest Half Pipe in Wyoming. Our light powder and 14 well-groomed runs make the Big Horns fun for all skiers, be they beginners or experts.

The Big Horns provide a unique skiing experience due to a vast range of natural elements, including cliffs along the edge of Meadowlark Lake. With everything that the Big Horn has, it's no wonder that when riding the Big Horn, Olympic Snowboard Gold Medalist, Ross Powers said, "This is a fantastic mountain!"

Big Horn Resort is located in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming approximately 40 miles West of the historic town of Buffalo. For more information on the Big Horn Ski Resort, select a topic of interest from the buttons on the left to continue.
